Beneteau Oceanis 361 Clipper | 2001
BENETEAU OCEANIS 361 built in 2001.
Originally supplied New by Ancasta, she is the three cabin version of this popular Beneteau cruiser.
Equipped with Volvo 2030 29hp diesel engine, she has a comprehensive specification including; Cabin heating, B&G autopilot, Colour plotter at helm, radar, full cockpit tent and an electric windless.
This well loved yacht lives here in Mylor Yacht Harbour, she is ashore 'out of season' where the on site engineers service and winterise her engine ready for each seasons re-launch each April-May.
Her ships title paperwork is original and perfect with confirmation of VAT being paid, previous owners, builders certificate and full original set of owners handbooks in the Beneteau Attache case.
This Mylor mooring is available and can be transferred with the renewal to the new owner who would enjoy the onsite facilities including;
Shower block, launderette, car parking permit and water taxi pass.
Plus enjoy the Marinas Cafe, 'Castaways' Pub and the Mylor Yacht Harbour Yacht Club.
