Back in August 2021, a Targa 43 (Utopia) was listed with Ancasta with Alex being the broker. Just a very quick note to thank you all for your expertise and guidance in recently successfully selling my Dufour 40. The second boat I have sold through Ancasta. The process can be a bit of a minefield to the uninitiated and your experience was really appreciated, not least mid-pandemic! I have recently completed the sale of my catamaran through Ancasta at Port Hamble and would like to say how pleased I have been with the Professionalism and service that Both Tim and Charles have shown in brokering the deal. The deal started and completed during the Coronavirus Lockdown and has been difficult due to the purchaser living in France. Ancasta went well beyond the norm to keep it all going with live video views and getting a survey done and even managed to find a French delivery crew to get the boat over to France from the Uk to complete the sale.

Ref the sale of my Beneteau Oceanis 38.1, “Manuka” - the sale was handled mainly by Charles Wilkinson. Manuka is a great boat and overall her sale, whilst smooth, was not without the usual minor “hiccups”. I rarely do this, but I would just like to let you know personally, that I was very impressed with Charles’ approach, outlook and professionalism throughout the whole sales process. He kept both myself and the eventual purchaser pointing in the same direction throughout, and is a great asset to your brokerage team. As I said, I just felt like credit should be given were it is deserved.

When we ran into technical trouble and had to divert on our delivery trip to Cork the Ancasta team sourced a marine electronics engineer. What is exceptional about this is that they did it on a Sunday morning in the West Country and even paid for the callout charge. I was very impressed with their after sales support.

Thankyou very very much for arranging to have this done and I think you have given an excellent warranty service and I sing your praises to everyone I meet . Both yourself and Russel from Ancasta have worked very hard to provide an excellent customer service and I can only say Thankyou so much and well done you are both a credit to your company We have just a few small faults only but most we can resolve ourself without troubling you so we will continue our voyage around the world...
