The attention to detail on the documentation and paperwork from the outset ensured that once a buyer had been found, the transaction was able to progress swiftly to a conclusion. This is in stark contrast to my purchase with a different broker where the paperwork and admin were clearly an afterthought despite this being key to any transaction. After several months of looking and two failed surveys, I have just completed the purchase of my first boat, a Jeanneau Merry Fisher 795.
