The attention to detail on the documentation and paperwork from the outset ensured that once a buyer had been found, the transaction was able to progress swiftly to a conclusion. This is in stark contrast to my purchase with a different broker where the paperwork and admin were clearly an afterthought despite this being key to any transaction. I would definitely use Ancasta again for a sale or purchase.
