Hailing from Poole, Dorset – from a very young age, sailing and particularly racing have been in Sam’s DNA. Since joining the Ancasta team in 2012, he has built the race boat division into one of the Worlds leading brokerage houses for used racing yachts and has been approached to represent both McConaghy Boats and MAT Yachts for new builds, as well as full custom build projects.
With an engineering degree in Yacht and Powercraft design, he has the technical knowhow, coupled with high-level professional race experience in One Design, Grand Prix and rated yachts , to really guide both buyers and sellers on their racing journey and sales strategy. Experienced offshore and with multiple National Championship titles to his name, most recently in his own J24, he simply loves talking race boats and finding out what clients aspirations are.
